SHOULD I REFRIGERATE LOVINGOOD'S BBQ SAUCE?

We recommend refrigerating Lovingood's BBQ Sauce after opening for best quality.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP AFTER OPENING?

After opening, we suggest keeping the sauce for no longer than 7 months. Again, we highly recommend you refrigerate the sauce after it is opened.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders ship within 48 hours. We use USPS (United States Parcel Services) ground for the Continental U.S. and USPS Priority mail for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes and addresses outside the U.S.

Normal shipping time within the continental U.S. is from 3 to 8 days depending on shipping distance.

On orders of $100 or more, you can receive free shipping!

RETURNS

Whereas we feel confident you'll be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will give you a full refund. Simply return the unused, unopened product to us within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are paid for by the customer.

There are no refunds after 14 days from the date of delivery. All returned merchandise must include the original package containing the unopened merchandise received.

Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials that were used to ship your merchandise to you.

Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return when sending a digital picture, and specify whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.

Lovingood Food's, Inc., reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual based on previous claims filed.

SAFETY

To avoid contaminating sauce, never place dirty or used utensils, such as basting brushes, into the bottle and do not pour used sauce back into the bottle.
